					The Merano land is approximately 16,000m2, located high on the ridge at the south-east end of the Gulf Harbour Estate. Merano has views over the Hauraki Gulf as well as views to the north - across the golf course to the Whangaparaoa Bay. The development potential of the Merano land is wide and varied ranging from 25 individual sections at 550m2 (minimum) each to 58 household units at a density of 1 to 275m2.
